Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our distribution center.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
