How do you calculate shipping costs for bulk orders?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. For pallet-sized orders or truckload quantities, please contact our logistics team directly to secure the most competitive freight rates.
Are your products OMRI listed for organic use?
Yes, many of our core mineral and soil amendment products are OMRI listed. Please check the specific product description or the 'Certifications' tab on the product page to verify organic compliance for your operation.
What is your return policy for agricultural supplements?
We accept returns on unopened and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. Due to safety and contamination protocols, we cannot accept returns on bags or containers that have been opened.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship directly to the United States and Canada. For inquiries regarding international distribution outside of North America, please reach out to our global sales department.
